One plan
The worksheets are free and stay free. There is no trial clock, no account and no card, and the answer you work out is yours whether or not you ever pay us. What Dispatchzo Pro adds is keeping: the schedule as a record rather than a browser session, every job with its technician and its window, the customer it belongs to, and the work order, estimate and invoice attached to it. One plan, $69 a month, whole team.

Dispatchzo Pro is $69 a month and renews automatically each month at $69 until you cancel. There is no minimum term, no per technician charge, and the price does not change on renewal. Cancel from the billing page inside the app, in one click, without emailing anybody. Access runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and your jobs and documents stay readable and exportable afterwards.
Online payments: Stripe's processing fee plus a 1% platform fee per payment, deducted before your payout.
Do you need a full trade practice suite instead?
If you want the schedule plus parts inventory, purchasing, payroll, marketing automation and a customer portal in one system, buy a trade suite: that is what they are for, they do it properly, and they are priced and implemented accordingly. Dispatchzo is four things, the customer, the job, the assignment and the paperwork it produced, at one price for the team. If the list on the right is what you actually need, the suite is the honest answer.
Both are honest answers to different businesses. If you need parts inventory and payroll in the same system, buy the suite: we would rather you did that than pay us $69 a month for the half of it we do.
