What we collect and why

Your name, your email address, your company name and whatever you type into the message box. If you open an account, the figures you enter into the worksheets, so we can keep them for you.

Legal basis and sharing

Nobody. We are the vendor: there is no introducer, no lead buyer and no affiliate behind this form. Your enquiry is read by us and answered by us.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from when they are sent, then deleted, and any copy held to pass an enquiry to a firm has the name, email, phone and message removed at the same point. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: enquiries@dispatchzo.com. We respond within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK. Ellul Solutions Ltd's establishment in the EU is in Malta, so its lead supervisory authority in the EU is the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt); you can also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
