What this service is

A set of free worksheets that do arithmetic on figures you supply, and a set of written guides to scheduling and dispatching field service work. Ellul Solutions Ltd provides this service directly: we are the vendor, not an introducer or a reseller.

How we are paid

A monthly subscription that keeps your customers, jobs and the documents each job produced as a record with a history. You contract with Ellul Solutions Ltd and you pay us: there is no reseller and no third party in between, and the name on your receipt is the name on this page.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Dispatchzo charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Dispatchzo never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

A downloadable index of the worksheet results in your account, as CSV, so the record is yours to take somewhere else.

No warranty

Nothing on this site is legal, employment, tax or trade advice. What counts as working time, what a technician must be certified to do, and what your customer agreement has to say are set by your regulator, your licence and your own advisers, not by this site or its worksheets, and a schedule kept in this product does not discharge any duty you have. The worksheets do arithmetic on figures you supply and are only as right as those figures.
